Located within the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health, the Office of Nutrition Services administers several programs and initiatives designed to promote a healthy start for West Virginia's children. These are:
- The Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)
- The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
- Breastfeeding Promotion and Support
- Pregnancy and Pediatric Nutrition Surveillance Systems (PNSS and PedNSS)
